  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for remote positions, from sourcing top-tier talent to conducting virtual interviews and onboarding new hires effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their specific remote team needs, address challenges, and strategize on workforce planning.

  • Foster clear communication channels across time zones and cultures, ensuring that remote team members are engaged, informed, and connected.

  • Implement performance management systems that transparently tie employee contributions to revenue outcomes, driving a results-oriented approach.
